We’ve been given the gift of time. Let’s not waste it.

I’m beginning to wonder: when I stagger back out into the sunlight in six months, blinking blearily against the glare, my beard-hair gently tickling the top of my feet, and muttering to a half-deflated soccer-ball named Wilson… what will the rest of the world have become?

Christchurch: a time for tears

If we could just resist politicising it, there’s a correct immediate response to the Christchurch massacre. To mourn what it says about humanity, and to lay the blame where it exclusively lies.
